For the second straight week Donald Trump saw a slight improvement in odds. This week his payout decreased from 3.42X to 3.38X. That is the best odds he has had in the last 7 weeks.
The controversy with Russia using Facebook might be impacting Mark Zuckerberg’s odds. His payout increased this week from 23.8X to 24.5X. His recent peak was at 23.3X five weeks ago. He remains in 7th place overall, a place he has had the last ten weeks.
For the third straight week, Oprah remained one of the hottest candidates. Her payout decreased from 27.3X to 24.8X as she moved from 11th place to 8th. Just 4 weeks ago, her payout was at 52.5X and she was in 30th place.
Nikki Haley has been perhaps the one member of the administration without much controversy. She has also increased her profile with North Korea and Iran at the top of the news. This week her payout decreased from 46.0X to 45.5X. That was enough to move her from 24th place to 22nd.
Donald Trump’s odds saw a small improvement this week with the payout declining from 3.45X to 3.42X. That is his best showing since the beginning of September. That is still well below his all time high when the payout was at only 2.41X the first week of January.
Mike Pence continues to be in second place but he took a big drop. His payout increased from 9.2X to 9.8X, his lowest showing. He reached his peak the last week of December at 8.0X.
Kamala Harris continued to be the hottest name, once again improving this time from 17.6X to 17.3X, a new high. She is now comfortably in 4th place overall behind Warren and ahead of Sanders.
The hot name from last week was Oprah. She moved up once again this time from 28.6X to 27.3X. That was not enough to get her into the top 10 however, as she remained in 11th place. Cory Booker is in 10th place, just ahead of her at 27.2X.
For the third straight week, Donald Trump’s odds remained flat at 3.45X. This, despite what appeared to be a tough week that included NFL/Flag controversy, North Korea accusing US of declaring war , response to Puerto Rico crisis, a Repeal and Replace defeat, and Price controversy/resignation. He continues to have higher odds than the next three opponents combined.

John Delaney was the first candidate to officially throw his name in for 2020 a few months back. The MD Democrat has been working IA and NH hoping to get his name out there including this interview with CBS. His payout improved from 201X to 176X. That’s enough to move him out of last place and switch positions with Jill Stein for 64th place.
