Harris and Biden steady at the top; Trump improves for 4th straight week; DeSantis and Noem see big bumps post CPAC

Kamala Harris continued to lead and saw no change in her odds at 4.61X. She has been at 4.60X or 4.61X the last 5 weeks.

Joe Biden remained in second with a small improvement from 5.55X to 5.54X, a second straight small improvement. The odds suggest Harris has about a 20% higher chance of winning than Biden.

Donald Trump improved for a fourth straight week this time from 7.90X to 7.47X. These are his best odds since the weekend before the insurrection when he was at 7.33X. His best odds of this cycle were at 7.11X in mid December.

The two biggest improvements came as a result of CPAC:

Ron DeSantis kept his hot streak improving from 27.1X to 23.4X. Over the last 5 weeks he has improved from 24th place (56.8X) to 7th place.

Kristi Noem was the other breakout from CPAC and her odds improved from 104.0X and 56th place to 56.9X and 24th place.
